The firm provides advice and assistance in all matters relating to commercial disputes, including risk analysis and early case assessments, investigations, litigation in courts and arbitration proceedings, settlement negotiations and mediation. In cases where it is favourable or necessary to compose a team of lawyers, the firm co-operates with several established and well-known law firms in Sweden and abroad.
