Johan Molin founded Gamla Strandgatan Advokatbyrå in 2024. He has 25 years of experience from all forms of commercial dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, mediation, judicial review and reputation management. He assists clients in both Swedish and international commercial disputes.
He has been lead-counsel in many complex cross border litigation and arbitration cases. In those cases, Johan has engaged and managed the team of lawyers, barristers and experts from well-known law firms in the jurisdictions that have been relevant in each specific case.

The firm builds strategies from the earliest stages of any commercial dispute and handles commercial litigation at all levels in the Swedish court system.
Arbitration
In the same way, the firm handles commercial arbitral proceedings, for example before the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and ad hoc arbitration. Johan Molin also serves as an arbitrator.
Mediation
The firm assists in settlement negotiations, mediations, and other types of alternative dispute resolution.
